How do I book an appointment?+
You can book online via our booking page (available 24/7), call us on 1800-CARE-247, or walk in during clinic hours. Online bookings receive a WhatsApp confirmation within 30 minutes. Same-day appointments are available for most departments until noon, subject to availability.
Can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?+
Yes. Rescheduling or cancelling is free up to 2 hours before your slot. Use the link in your confirmation WhatsApp message, or call us. For same-day cancellations with less than 2 hours' notice, a ₹100 convenience fee may apply to cover the slot reservation.
Which insurance providers do you accept for cashless treatment?+
We have cashless tie-ups with MediAssist, StarCare Health, HealthFirst TPA, Ayushman Bharat (PMJAY), and CGHS. For other insurers, we provide itemised bills and discharge summaries required for reimbursement claims. Please carry your insurance card and a valid photo ID on the day of your visit.
Are package prices fully inclusive? Are there hidden charges?+
Package prices are all-inclusive for the listed tests. If your doctor recommends an additional test based on your results, you will be informed and asked for consent before any extra charge is raised. We do not add administrative, convenience, or consumable surcharges on top of listed package prices.
When and how will I receive my reports?+
Routine lab reports are delivered via WhatsApp PDF within 6–8 hours of sample collection. Imaging reports (X-ray, ultrasound, echo) are typically ready within 2 hours and shared the same day. Executive package members receive priority processing with a 2-hour turnaround for all reports. A hard copy is available at the front desk on request.
Can I ask a doctor about my report over WhatsApp?+
Yes. Each report includes the reporting doctor's notes in plain language. If you have questions, reply to the report message and our medical team will respond within 4 working hours. For complex findings, we may suggest a brief follow-up call or an in-clinic consultation.
What are your visiting hours?+
Outpatient clinic hours are Monday to Saturday, 8 AM – 8 PM. Sunday walk-in hours are 9 AM – 2 PM for general medicine only. Our diagnostic lab accepts samples from 7 AM daily. Emergency and urgent care is available around the clock, every day of the year.
Is parking available at the clinic?+
Yes. We have a dedicated multi-level car park attached to the building with 120 bays. The first 2 hours of parking are complimentary for patients — collect a parking validation token at the front desk. Two-wheeler parking is free for the duration of your visit. On busy weekday mornings, we recommend arriving 10 minutes early.
What should I do in an emergency?+
Call 1800-CARE-247 immediately — our emergency team answers 24/7. If you are already at the clinic, walk directly to the Emergency & Urgent Care entrance (ground floor, left wing) — triage begins within 5 minutes. For life-threatening situations, always call 112 first to dispatch an ambulance while making your way to us.
